Had issue with my automatic door unit. Garage door, which is metal and wood, would go 1/4 of the way, repeat a few times, same with closing.
Called Garage Doctors for next day service between 3 and 5.
Service tech called a few minutes after three, showed up ten minutes later, after fifteen minutes of showing and telling him of the issues, including a creaky, groaning door, twenty minutes later he had the garage door opening and closing like it should and fixed the loud creaky, groaning noise.
Highly recommend them for any issues you may be having.
Tech was clean, polite and knowledgeable of automatic door units and garage doors.
Called Garage Doctors for next day service between 3 and 5.

Had one of my better experiences with a technician from Garage Door Doctor, Matt Whitney. He was the epitome of being professional, technically adept, and most importantly, having the ability to explain technical issues in such a way as to make them easily digestible by a layperson. He diagnosed the problem quickly, offered three solutions to the problem and let me decide on what course of action to take. Once I decided, he had the job completed within an hour. Matt did a stellar job. I'll request him for any future garage door-related service.
